A – ‘Who New?’ releases with vinyl and digi Friday April 18th 2025
AA – ‘Multisingular’ releases Friday May 2nd 2025

Following the success of his album ‘Anymoor’ keytar driven electro/synth/sophistipopper, Gurgles keysperson, BBC6music regular and Saint Etienne producer Augustin Bousfield follows up with an exclusive AA single available on a beautiful limited edition lathe cut 7” with artwork by Ben Holden coupled with downloads and streaming at all the usual!

No B sides here, the A side of the single, ‘Who New?’, features a happy towering electro wave of sound about the power of political action referencing Thomas More in particular. A utopian love treatise in a time of darkness!

The AA side, ‘Multisingular’, constructs a linguistic puzzle about the myriad parts of a relationship and how multiple elements connect to the one.

Augustin Bousfield – Vocal, Keys, Producer, Writer // Anya Faull – Backing Vocals
Mastered by Ross Halden // Sleeve art by Ben Holden

WHO NEW?

We’ve got no money, we got the hours, uh huh
Here’s what we’ll do
Place Nusquama all worlds central
And lets blast a pathway through
Here comes summer baby
Forever and a day
Endless sun here’s a way and a way and way and a way

Who knew love would break them down
Who knew love would make that sound X4

They’ve got the muscle, we’v’e got the style uh huh
More than Thomas More
No need to steal but they can beg
Subject to the law
Here comes summer baby
Forever and a day
Endless sun here’s a way and a way and way and a way

Who knew love would break them down
Who knew love would make that sound
I can hear their teardrops falling
Running to the healing sea
I can hear their teardrops callling,
Running
Ohhh

Who knew love would break them down
Who knew love would make that sound

Multisingular

I could only count to two
On Buckden Pike where we are free
I guess, you’re the one
Coast to coast we travelled for
Cool clear seas you watched me dive
I guess, you’re the one
Start to end put in the fix
Match is maid and earth is heaven
I guess, you’re the one

Chorus

Call out my number
Is loneliness my name
And we’ll never know
The integers
plus and minus can
Never be the same

Up and down spacetime can wait
Ageing new Provencal wine
I guess, you’re the one
Two free for dive fix in heaven
Wait wine, where is ten eleven
I guess, you’re the one

Chorus
